DIY: a button necklace

Happy Sunday! This is a very quick three step tutorial. You will only need three buttons of any kind, two beads (optional), some wire and a chain with a clasp.

  1. Thread the buttons and the beads onto wire
  2. Attach the wire to the chain
  3. Put a few stickers on the back of the button for stability

That's it my friends! I hope you liked this tutorial. We are now off to have a dinner with my Mom. Enjoy what's left of Sunday! :)

Thanks For the great tutorial! I have a beautiful collection of vintage buttons from my great nana. I could make necklaces for my sisters! Thanks again!

Maria

Hi, how do you attach the wire to the chain? Could you add a photo about that? Thanks, Maria

Hello there, I think your website could possibly be having browser compatibility issues.
When I take a look at your site in Safari, it looks fine however when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping issues.
I simply wanted to give you a quick heads up!

Aside from that, great website!

Hello Frederico. Thanks for the notice. Which Internet Explorer do you use? My website should look perfectly fine on IE 9 and the newer versions.

Thanks again! :)

I drop a comment whenever I especially enjoy a article on a blog or if I have something to add to
the discussion. It’s caused by the fire communicated in the article I looked at. And on this post DIY: a button necklace · Sheepy Me. I was moved enough to post a thought :) I do have 2 questions for you if it’s
allright. Is it simply me or does it seem like some of these remarks come across like they are written by brain dead individuals?
:-P And, if you are posting at other online sites, I would like
to keep up with anything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list every one of
all your community sites like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter
feed?

I , like Maria, would be interested in knowing how to attach the wire to the neclace. A pictures with this added would be helpful to someone like me who is new to the DIY.

I love your DIY’s :D I’d never think of using some old buttons for a necklace xD I always thought it looked kind of… cheapish. But here, it looks really good!

Saying goodbye

It's been a great journey and an unforgettable experience but things change and finally come to an end, no matter how good they were.

Closing the blog would be just too harsh so I've decided to put Sheepy Me for sale and start searching for a person that would like to continue doing the work that I've started.
