Flowers from Geneva
Do you remember the journey I was doing blog post series about recently? Well, I thought it would be just about the right time to catch up with it again. This time I'm sharing a few snaps from a beautiful city Geneva. It surprised me with lots of green color. So many beautiful flowers, trees, parks and avenues. People seem to be really loving parks! Oh, and how could I forget.. they seem to especially be in love with Mini Coopers. They were everywhere! In so many colors and with such amazing details.
Geneve was out last visit in Switzerland and then off to London we went. So that's where our story continues.
The first part: CHAMONIX
The second part: CHÂTEAU DE CHILLON

Pretty place for relaxation

Bastions park popular with students and abuzz with activity most hours of the day

Well I am not sure about this one but I guess it's the river Rhone. It was amazing! We saw a spot where this river and the wild river Arve collide. River pictured here is exiting lake Léman and the wild river Arve receives water from the many glaciers of the Chamonix valley. Their colors are so different and that's what makes it so special.
A A very cute Mini
My French is really poor but as I recall this sign was hung on the cemetery gates and it said: "a clever dog is a dog thatrespects the signs". Seemed pretty funny to me.

Well Geneva is not the best place I ever visited, but I will remember it all my life of course… It was nice to live close to it :) And yes they do love parks and a lot! +1 goes for them for it :)
Ignas, thanks! Well, it wasn’t my number 1 favorite, but still really high on the top. It was very beautiful and cozy and green, but I also remember having difficulties communicating with natives. :)
Beautiful photos! I love the dog sign- so cute! Hope you’re enjoying your travels :)

Louise, thanks for stopping by! I really enjoyed my travels. :)
Great pictures! Even though I’ve been to Geneva twice, I barely recognize the pictures haha. Only the very last one. However I was very young back then.
Silverbleed, well maybe places in the photos aren’t the most popular ones, I don’t know. We went there really unprepared, spent half of the day wandering and got completly lost a few times. Haha. What an adventure! :)
