Green smoothies
Ok, I got a little obsessed with smoothies! This weekend we went to our garden and gathered some dandelion and nettle leaves. Smoothies are so perfect in the morning when you're not ready for a serious breakfast yet. Not to mention that dandelions and nettles have vitamins A, B, C, D, iron, potassium, manganese, zinc and many more. The instructions are super simple. First of all I blend my greens with some water and then add the rest of the ingredients. Also a spoon of honey and a slice of lemon tastes good in it. Pour the smoothie into a glass and add some ground flax seed on the top. This one tastes superb and gives a loooot of energy!

Oops, Aukse, I was wondering, well, you know I’m attending a game and it would be pretty neat of you to give me a helping hand by voting for me. If I get the most votes, I can win the bag I’ve created with my logo of the little woman riding her bike (the thing is I’m far behind… so I really need your help), it takes place here and my bag is the number 5, all you have to do is wait until a counter appear at the end of the list of all bags (just under the n°34). Then you tick on NUMBER 5 the provinciale and click on vote. Thanks a lot:http://www.hellocoton.fr/to/mYKG#http://www.le-blog-enfin-moi.com/2012/06/04/elles-ont-dessine-maintenant-votez-2/

Looks yummy! And what is the brown powder at the top?
Thanks, Gigi, that brown powder is ground flaxseed. They’re very rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, atioxidants, B vitamins, magnesium, and manganese! :)
It looks delicious! We don’t have a blender though ;_;
Silverbleed, thank you! It’s a really good thing if you like smoothies. :)
