November in burgundy

Can you believe it's November already? Wow! Time flies by so fast, it will be 2013 in a blink of an eye. I can't wait to put up Christmas decorations and start thinking of warm handmade gifts to my beloved ones. Oh, and the snow! Don't forget the snow! :)

Me and my mom finally bought the tickets to London to see my sister in early December. It will be so much fun! I'm already looking for some interesting places to visit and great things to see. Right now I'm eyeing this wonderful exhibition at National History Museum - 2012 wildlife photographer of the year

What are your plans for what's left of this year? When do you usually put up Christmas decorations? :)

ps. today I am kittysitting a 6 week old kitten. I'd better be boiling some milk until he starts meowing and biting like crazy! :)

Hey Aukse,
How are you doing?
To me, Xmas is a gifted and very special period of time to be shared with beloved ones, I usually start the tree on the 1st day of December and my daughter Eden does all the decorations by herself; all I do is supervising and handing Xmas accessories to her, it’s very fun and we bake Xmas cookies (bredele, so yumi) together while listening to Xmas carols so it’s very Xmas oriented, just love it!!!

N.B: As for London, I love Tate Modern, the British Museum, the Design Museum and Camden for its colourful shops and streets over the canals, I also love Kew Gardens and am simply fond of London as a whole, the energy and architecture of this city is simply amazing!!!! Have fun there!!!

About Christmas last year we left the Christmas tree until March. It was so good, i was coming home in the spring and the tree was still there with all those decoration. It was awesome, i hope these year i’ll leave it longer :)

I’m fine, thanks! Still busy from time to time. But I’m trying to catch up with blogging as much as I can. What about you? I’m so sorry I can’t comment on your posts anymore. Somehow your website doesn’t let me do that. Maybe your comment box is based on flash and my iPad doesn’t support it.. Anyway your posts are beautiful as always! You are a one gorgeous lady! :)

I didn’t know you had a daughter! That is so wonderful. Thank you for your ideas about Christmas. I always want to put up a Christmas tree on the first day of December but then it would just dry out till the actual Christmas day. I’m thinking of putting up a plastic one this year.

Also, thanks for the ideas about London. I enjoy that city too! :))

Silvia, that sounds so awesome! I think I could have Christmas decorations up all year long! :)

Saying goodbye

It's been a great journey and an unforgettable experience but things change and finally come to an end, no matter how good they were.

Closing the blog would be just too harsh so I've decided to put Sheepy Me for sale and start searching for a person that would like to continue doing the work that I've started.
